GPDE5427B: Developing a Growth Mindset  (3 cr.)
When we have a growth mindset we understand that we can work hard to develop our intelligence. This is true for students and adults. When we focus on improving we are using a growth mindset versus a fixed mindset. Study research by Stanford University’s Dweck, Blackwell, and colleagues whose research shows that students who learn this mindset show greater motivation in school, earn better grades, and have higher test scores.
