Accessing ProQuest and Course Documents: Username and Password Reminder

Just as a friendly reminder...when you want to access your course documents and/or use ProQuest to conduct research, remember to have the email address you used when you registered for the course and the class number and section (gpde5003A, for example). If you don't use both the email address and complete course number and section, then you will not be able to access your course documents and/or log on to ProQuest.

If you are in a blended learning course and are using BlackBoard, then use the email address you used to register for the GPDE course and the first 7 digits from your social security number.

If you are a member of a degree program at Saint Mary's University, then please use the same process you follow to access BlackBoard.

If you are having problems accessing your GPDE course information on the GPDE program website, contact the GPDE program office toll-free at 877-218-4755 or via email at gpde@smumn.edu.

If you are having problems accessing BlackBoard, contact the SMU technology support HelpDesk at 800-635-5987, ext. 7800. Be certain to let the HelpDesk know in which program and course you are enrolled.
