If you were enrolled in a PLS course during the 2008 calendar year and need a copy of a 1098T form for tax preparation, then contact PLS. Because your tuition was paid directly to PLS, your 1098T form from Saint Mary’s University will not include a tuition amount. If you need a confirmation of the tuition you paid, please contact PLS directly.
